- Always use the 1-800-839-0630 number when calling in for service assistance
- Have the Oshkosh Specialty Vehicles trailer identification number available
(AM-235, AD-95, etc)
- Have site address and phone number available
- Identify the contact person who will meet with the on-site service representative
- Be prepared to accurately describe the condition that is causing the problem
- Let us know if the unit is going to be moved within the next 12 hours and if so, where will it be moved to so we can determine the best service provider for the job and the location where we will make the repair.
